American Express
American Express has long been a famous name in the financial services industry. Traditionally, they have focused on charge cards but in recent years they have moved into credit cards as well.
American Express often has some great reward offers with its cards. The downside is that their cards may not be accepted in as many places in the UK as other credit card providers (Visa and Mastercard), although this is steadily changing.
