Cahoot Credit Card

The Cahoot credit card is the winner of Money£acts "Best Credit Card (Standard Rate)". It doesn't offer any special rewards or gimmicks but has good all round interest rates.

Most credit cards have different interest rates for purchases, balance transfers and cash advances. This means that even if you have a 0% interest rate on balance transfers as soon as you make a purchase you will be incurring interest charges on that amount as payments are usually taken off your balance transfers first.

The Cahoot card isn't currently offering any special deals for balance transfers, but your interest rate is the same for all purchases, cash advances and balance transfers meaning you don't have to worry about the order in which payments are applied to your balances.

At least 2 out of 3 customers are offered the typical APR or lower so they aren't tempting people in with a lower rate and then actually giving most customers a higher interest rate.

If you want a good solid credit card with no special offers or rewards, then look no further than the Cahoot card.

This card has a low interest rate for purchases, balance transfers and cash advances making it a good card if you anticipate using it to withdraw money.

Many people these days look for rewards and cash back but if these things don't interest you, this could be a great card for you.
