UK Credit Card Types

There are so many different types of credit cards available these days that it's sometimes difficult to know where to start when you're looking for a new card.

Cards can usually be distinguished by the kind of rewards they offer, if any: Reward points, airline miles, or cash back.

Many other people look for cards based on special introductory interest rates for either purchases or balance transfers.

Types of Card

Balance Transfer Cards - These cards offer special rates for those people transferring balances from existing cards.

Charity Cards - Let your credit card company donate money to your favourite charity every time you use your card.

Football Cards - Show your support for your favourite team every time you go shopping.

Low Interest Cards - Low interest cards are best for those who think they will be carrying a balance from month to month. Some also offer reduced introductory rates for purchases.
